- All steel components are shot-blasted.
- All of trailer is primed prior to painting (no one-step coatings), enamel top-coat, precision mixed to ensure proper curing for quality paint job.
- Full Seven-way wire, sealed harness. Internal ground system (no pig-tail grounding at lights).
- Steel front crossmembers with four large pockets and the capability for removable D.O.T. bulkheads.
- R.L.T. (road load tested) full-length apitong floor.
- Full-length, one-piece, main beam web, with 100 KSI top and bottom flanges.
- Full-depth bumper blocks on rear corners.

Lights: DOT 12 volt, Great Dane Ultra Seal wiring harness with metal 7-way
receptacle. Factory sealed lights. Midship marker/turn signal combination.
Mud Flaps: Great Dane low spray.
Oil Seals: Stemco
Paint: Finest industrial coatings.
Rub Rails:1/4” x 2” outside rub rail with single pipe spool
spacers.
Side Rails: 6 ½ lb. Structural channel, 6” deep with 1 7/8”
Flanges.
Springs: 3-leaf, 44,000 lb.
Stake Pockets: Outside type, 3/16” material-1 7/8” x 3 3/8”
I.D., spaced on 24” centers. Four pockets front and 5 rear.
Support Gear: GD 70 (19” travel), two speed, narrow mount with replaceable
cushion foot sand shoes. Roadside crank.
Suspension: Hutch 9700, fixed location.
Tires: 255/70R-22.5 low profile.
Massive Rear End:
Rear crossmembers, rub rails and the five stake pockets are designed to
take impact whether made of steel or aluminum. Clearance, stop, tail and
turn signal lights are shocked mounted and recessed for maximum protection.
The back of all light fixtures and connections for these lights is fully
enclosed and protected by steel or aluminum.
Running Gear:
Tthe standard running gear is a fixed tandem wide-spread, air-ride suspension.
The most popular running gear configuration is a 10’1” spread
axle with air-spring suspension. One of the axles can be on a slide, usually
the front, adding even more versatility to meet bridge laws. A sliding tandem
is available with spring or air-ride, as well as various spring suspensions.
Flooring:
Flooring is 1 1/8” thick RLT Apitong. Each floor board is a full length
board, secured with two 5/169” x 2” self-tapping floor screws
to each crossmember. Extruded aluminum flooring with two, three of four
nail strips is available, or without nail strips.
Tool Boxes:
A complete line of toolboxes is available.
Winches:
Winches can be mounted beneath o recessed into the side rails or on sliding
tracks mounted to the under side of crossmembers. These sliding tracks are
available in various lengths are off-set to the road side for driver convenience.
