Great Dane drop frame platform trailers are designed for Heavy-duty hauling where low deck heights are required. The use of aluminum in combo trailers allows for lighter weight while maintains structural integrity.
- Doubler plates at gooseneck punches and air ride crossmembers over hangers
- All of trailer is primed prior to painting (no one-step coatings), enamel top-coat, precision mixed to ensure proper curing for quality paint job.
- Full Seven-way wire, sealed harness, internal ground system (no pig-tail grounding at lights).
- Steel front crossmembers with four large pockets and the capability for removable D.O.T. bulkheads.
- Full-length, one-piece, main beam web, with 100 KSI top and bottom flanges.
- Full-depth bumper blocks and rear corners.
- All steel components shot-blasted prior to painting. Mylar tape between any dissimilar metals.
- Aluminum winch track can be one side, both sides, or deleted.
